David Johnson, a friend’s friend, brought his Golden Retriever Abby into studio for me on Sunday. At 18 months, Abby’s still pretty much a puppy and was hard to corral, but she did pose for a few shots.

I enjoy creating the Animoto video slideshows, but I normally create edited packages when I shoot video for SignOnSanDiego. I shot the Corgi Farm Romp video to show that I can do those sorts of projects outside of work — and because of my love of corgis and other dogs!

Organizer Colette brought kiddie swimming pools and someone else brought a bubble-blowing machine to turn the Kearny Mesa Dog Park into a corgi wonderland.

One of the Corgis from the San Diego Corgi Meetup. There were at least five Corgis costumed as bananas at last year’s pre-Halloween get-together.
This image got picked up on Flickr’s blog for a costumed-dogs entry, helping it draw more than 5,000 page views.
